General terms governing the use of Z Line Telecom services. These terms apply to all customers and users of our wholesale, retail, and platform services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Z Line Telecom (“Z Line”) and any entity (“Customer”) using Z Line’s telecommunications services, including wholesale voice, wholesale SMS, managed services, retail services, and platform access. By using Z Line services, the Customer accepts these terms in their entirety.
Z Line provides carrier-grade voice and SMS termination, hubbing, and platform services across 190+ countries via 500+ direct interconnects. Service levels are defined in individual service agreements and associated SLAs. Z Line reserves the right to modify routes, capacity allocations, and technical configurations to maintain service quality and network integrity.
Pricing is as agreed in the applicable service agreement or quote. Invoices are issued according to the billing cycle specified in the service agreement. Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice — default is 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate applicable under Belgian law. Z Line reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment after providing written notice and a reasonable cure period.
Z Line’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Z Line is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party failures, regulatory actions, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Z Line may terminate immediately and without notice in the event of:
Upon termination, the Customer shall cease sending traffic via Z Line infrastructure. Outstanding invoices become immediately due. Z Line will provide CDRs and traffic records for the final billing period within a reasonable timeframe.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, unless mandatory provisions of the Customer’s jurisdiction require otherwise.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate the negotiation process by providing written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of such notice, either party may proceed to litigation in the competent courts as specified in Section 7.
