Individual Failures Don’t Cascade.

Multi-path architecture. Automatic failover. Disaster recovery. Every component has a backup. Every backup has a test schedule. Resilience is not a feature — it is the architecture.

Network Overview

Resilience by Design

  • Dual-hub — Spain + Belgium
  • Multi-path voice routing
  • Automatic failover — sub-second
  • Disaster recovery — tested quarterly
  • No single point of failure

Multi-Path Architecture

Every destination has multiple route options. Not backup routes stored in a database. Active paths evaluated in real time. When Path A degrades, traffic shifts to Path B before your KPIs reflect the problem.

Failover is automatic. Recovery is seamless. Customers never know it happened.

Failover Layers

  • Route level — alternate carriers per destination
  • Switch level — redundant softswitch instances
  • Hub level — Spain ↔ Belgium mutual backup
  • Data center level — Tier 4 with redundant power
  • Network level — multi-carrier transit diversity

Disaster Recovery

Tested, Not Theoretical

Disaster recovery plans that exist on paper are compliance documents. Tested disaster recovery is operational capability. Z Line runs quarterly DR exercises. Hub failover. Switch failover. Database recovery. Every test produces findings. Every finding gets resolved before the next test.

Recovery Targets

  • RPO — zero data loss for CDR and billing records
  • RTO — 15 minutes for full hub failover
  • Switch recovery — sub-second to standby instance
  • Database — synchronous replication between hubs
  • DR tests — quarterly, documented, findings tracked

Resilience Engineered, Not Claimed

We engineered our network so that individual link failures never reach your customers. Multi-path carrier architecture ensures traffic finds an alternate path the moment a link degrades. Hub-level failover is transparent — your KPIs stay flat because our systems absorb the impact before you see it. These are not theoretical principles. We test them quarterly.

Our Architecture

  • Carrier-scale resilience — multi-path architecture survives link failures
  • Seamless hub failover — transparent to customers, tested quarterly
  • Z Line — quarterly DR testing, zero single points
